David this is powerful. Thank you for shining a light on PTSD. Several of my first responder friends are struggling with it.

Many people are walking around with hidden illnesses, both mental and physical as well as substance use disorders, often triggered by PTSD and childhood trauma.

We have to be as kind as possible to everyone we meet because we have no idea what they may be dealing with.
