Thank you for this well researched article on importance of magnesium in the body. Providing the summary of foods containing magnesium as well as the recommended daily dosage for people is helpful.
I take Magnesium Bisglycinate every evening for better sleep and also love snacking on pumpkin seeds. I don't think I'm going to be deficient in this mineral but it's great to be reminded how vital it is to so many processes within the body.
