I agree, Leonard and I too am in for the long haul. It's good for writers to remember that the exposure their stories get via Medium may lead to opportunities that may pay well. I've been invited to write for several publications since posting stories on Medium. The platform is a great place for learning and practising writing skills and creating a portfolio.
