I enjoyed reading this article, Rob and I hope research will eventually reveal ways for us to sleep less with the same benefits. We could all do with a few more hours in the day.
While studying at Loughborough University I was fortunate to have Dr. Jim Horne as a teacher. He was a renowned sleep expert and ran the Loughborough Sleep Research Centre. Jim's sleep module was the most interesting course of my human biology degree.
