I also had a similar scare recently and ended up in the ER. Like you, I felt very grateful to have access to such advanced medical care.

I felt pretty depressed for a couple of weeks after my incident, but have now realized that worrying about the future does no good. We must focus on being as healthy as we can and enjoy life. Take good care of yourself.
