Maryssa, I hope the weather will cool down where you are soon so you can get out more. It's hot here too and I've been doing my daily walks in the early morning and evening - the only time it's cool enough. I can relate to your SAD symptoms in winter. I find morning sunlight, exercise, good nutrition and seeing friends all help. Also journalling. Keep writing on Medium. I hope you feel better soon. 💗
