Raveen, it's the same for all of us. That's why they call meditation a practice. From what I understand you get the same benefit, whatever level you're at.

I love listening to guided meditations to relax in the afternoons. I especially enjoy yoga nidra. Sometimes I fall asleep and have a short nap. Either way I feel incredibly refreshed afterwards. Meditation is wonderful for mind and body. Keep it up. 😊
