Susie, one of our neighbours often sounds like he is choking to death. The coughing is horrific and I always listen out for someone to yell for a first aider. I'd be over the fence in a flash to the rescue if that happened, but so far he's managed to survive.

You're not the only one who finds noisy power tools annoying. I think there should be certain hours of the day when they'ren banned e.g. during dinner time in summer when people are outside eating.
